System Update Scheduled for July 27; 28 July in UK

A System Update has been scheduled. For US clients, it will begin at 11:00 pm MST July 27th. For UK clients, it will begin at 6:00 am BST on 28 July.

Your sites may experience up to five minutes of site downtime. This system update is required to implement security enhancements to the server operating system.

Network upgrade may prompt moments of downtime

Your e-commerce website may appear to have moments of downtime during a scheduled maintenance window of 70 minutes. Our data center partners at Rackspace are upgrading a core router, and this may cause what's known as packet loss or undue latency. This upgrade ought improve performance in some underlying network issues.

The window of maintenance begins at 10:50 pm Mountain Daylight on July 9 through 12 pm midnight. For our UK merchants, look for this to happen on 10 July from 4:50 am to 6 a.m. British Summer Time.

Network interruption brings sites off-line

Client e-commerce websites went off-line unexpectedly, as of 2:28 pm MDT. Service was restored about 2:51 pm MDT.

Our data center partners experienced a network service interruption, in what looks like a substantial system failure. It could be a network problem, or a power generation problem; we don't know.

We'll share more here as we learn more. For now, you're back on-line operating normally.

This update marks the end of our email marketing module as a feature within Total Blue System. Your opt-in and opt-out pages will continue to function in a temporary capacity to see your list is maintained. That's the purpose of this System Update.
